Booking Information

Booking your tickets at Cornerstone is easy and our friendly team are here to help you.  There are three main ways to book - in person, by phone and online. Prebooked tickets can be collected from the Box Office in advance and on the performance night. If you have more detailed questions about booking, please call our box office on 01235 515144 or check out our Ticket Booking FAQs page.

In person

Box Office is open Mondays to Saturdays, 12pm to 5pm. On performance days the Box Office is open from 90mins before the start until 30 minutes after the show start time.

By phone

Book tickets by phone by calling 01235 515144 during Box Office opening hours. Box Office is open Mondays to Saturdays, 12pm to 5pm.  Please note that we will be busy in the period leading up to a performance.

Online

Tickets can be booked at any time via the What’s On page on our website.

Access

If you have access issues or require wheelchair seating, please call 01235 515144 and we will assist.

Payment options

Payment can be made by cash, cheques and most credit and debit cards. We do not charge a booking fee for credit and debit cards in person or over the telephone; however we do charge a processing fee of £2 on each internet transaction (not per ticket). 

Our new Box Office system ensures you get the best experience when booking tickets. New features include selecting your own seats and printing your tickets at home.
